Whose Stripe account takes the money?
Yours. Clients pay you directly and we take no commission on your sales.
Can I see any member's training data?
No — a client has to connect with you and explicitly share their log. They can stop sharing at any time.
What can I sell?
Digital downloads, bookable services and recurring subscription plans — with coupons, guest checkout and automatic PDF invoices.
Is there VAT on top of the plan price?
No. Mnemon is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.
Is a Coach plan the same as a club plan?
No — they are separate products. A Coach plan gives you your own workspace for clients, a website and a storefront; there are no students or clubs attached to it. If you also run a club, that is a club plan alongside it.
